Refund policy

Returns

Ready to wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in their original condition and in the original hatbox. Once the return arrives with us we refund the piece in full to the original payment method within 14 days. Return postage is the client's responsibility and we recommend insured, tracked delivery.

Bespoke and made to order pieces are made for you alone, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a piece arrives damaged, write to mariamonicamilliner@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photograph and we will put it right.
