Several of them are cut to be worn by women and men, and they genuinely are. A hat is fitted to a head measurement, so the block, the brim and the ribbon are the same on either order and only the centimetres change.

Three things that decide a men's hat
Your size is a measurement in centimetres
Run a tape around the head one centimetre above the ears and across the middle of the forehead, snug rather than tight. Men most often measure between 56cm and 60cm. Take the larger figure if you fall between two sizes.

The Panama trilby and both parasisal fedoras are cut for women and men. Nothing is scaled differently. The block, the brim line and the grosgrain are identical and only the head measurement changes.
