About Maria Monica London

Maria Monica London is the couture millinery house of Monika Perlińska. She graduated from a school of millinery in Poland and refined her craft in an atelier with a century of tradition, then spent twenty years in London: five in Philip Treacy's atelier, where she made hats for the royal family and for names from film and music and became his principal designer, then seven as head milliner at Jane Taylor. Around thirty-five years at the craft now carry her own label. Every piece is designed, blocked and finished by her own hands in the London atelier, and nothing is made twice.
